Backstory: I got into KPOP when I was looking into options for getting more Asian representation into Western markets. Without getting into specifics cause that's an essay for another time, as part of the Asian minority here in the West, it hurt growing up without seeing that representation.
So I support all of KPOP that way and listen to various artists across lots of companies. I have no interest in any of the companies beyond the types of opportunities they can give to help their artists grow in the West. There have been personalities I've enjoyed in KPOP like Yoon Mirae and Taeyang. However the only entire group I've ever stanned is BTS.
