ik that’s what you intend to do but i just don’t think the end result turns out the way you want. So many votes from the first round got disqualified bc the voters are not in the guild, even tho it’s obvious they are big nj fans to anyone who’s been around the forum for 2 seconds, and many good badge options got eliminated. And now there’s me who’s one of the very few people who care enough about this whole badge voting process (i’ve voiced the need for static nj badges to exist for a long time), i spent a lot of time and effort in choosing pictures, then asking a badge maker to edit them, then revising them to be badge appropriate material before submitting (a whole lot of good that did for me bc even the ones i discarded turned up in the poll anyway), and now I literally don’t even have a say in choosing a badge i want to buy later after all that effort just bc a) I don’t have the akorns rn, and b) i might not want to buy the group badge?

Just saying, the way you determine who’s in the fandom and who isn’t just doesn’t really apply in practice. There are people who bought the group badge but will never buy the individual badges, while i will, but i have to accept their votes for a badge i never even got a say in voting for? And what about casual fans who like nj but just aren’t in the guild or haven’t bought the group badge? Are they chopped liver and might as well have returned their nj fan cards bc their opinions are worthless without the above hooplas to prove it?
