I love collecting quarters, and someone told me a long time ago that she likes (or liked) collecting dimes.
Does anyone here like collecting coins?

As a Kid, Mom got Bags of coins from the Bank. We sorted through them for old coins. Wheat Pennies, Buffalo Nickles, Silver Dimes and Silver Quarters. Early 1900s-1964. Roll up the newer coins to take back to the Bank.
Parents traded the Nickles, Dimes and Quarters with a Coin Shop for Cash and Gold bars. The Coin shop didn't want the Pennies, so there is tons of pennies left(1900s - 1958).
In general circulation, Old coins are so hard to find. Although it could be my Cash transactions is not used so much now.
The newer unique stamping of Coins. It has to be more fun collecting them then collecting by years.
The silver Dimes are easy to spot. Not copper seen on the edges. Same with the silver Quarters.

Impressive collector and collection. Quarters are the most aesthetic of the coins.

In my country yeah they're the most aesthetic of the coins because quarters are the only coins that have tons of different designs after 1999 (before and during 1999 they used the bald eagle on the reverse).
