Why are concept photos in higher quality now compared to the 3rd gen?

I guess companies started caring more

You should go look at some of the early 2nd gen album packaging... I guess K-pop got better at it

Important note: These were released mere days apart, not an entire "generation."

I get similar vibes from above photos.

Maybe more budget and better technology?
