Is this fixed pricing for all seats?

Isn't the cheapest of the cheapest concert tickets usually at a similar price (maybe 10-20% more) anyway?

Yes they are all priced the same. These are theater halls so usually everyone is pretty close to the stage. Like how all tickets at the movie theater cost the same.
