After Produce48, she was expected to debut in M&D17's new girlgroup
Plans fell through, the trainees left and Minji once again did not debut.
When suddenly in 2021, it was announced Park Minji was one of two new members of Secret Number.
It took forever, but in 2021 Minji finally debuted as a new member of Secret Number, taking on the position of main vocalist.
