yeah I think I've seen some of those lunch plate videos on YouTube too! The ones where they plate up cute little side dishes and everything looks so colorful and delicious haha. It is kinda random but I guess food videos can be soothing to watch? Or maybe people just find it interesting to see what Koreans eat everyday. Do you know if those channels became viral because foreigners were curious? Anyway, thanks for bringing it up - now I'm kinda craving some Korean lunch myself haha!

Omg yes I watch videos from one guy who makes a concerted effort to only put like one piece of kimchi on his plate, or maybe only one lonely grape, but has mostly carbs on his plate💀
