Do you think that the Korean government has a say in some contract negotiations?

I was thinking about it and BTS and BlackPink are such cultural and economic stamps as Korean things and the government like subsidizes its chaebols to help them influence the world more……

So do you think the government has an interest in say, the worlds largest girl group going from a 2.1 m person tour one week to unofficially disbanded the next week?

But like also logically wouldnt it make sense for the govt to invest in the only reason i, and many other millennial/gen z people, have ever been exposed to korea in any capacity?
