I also wonder why Pledis/HYBE did not promote their new single nearly as much as their past releases. If I didn't happen to stumble across their new song on TikTok, I wouldn't even have known they had a comeback which sucks because '#menow' could've been a huge summer bop if promoted well.

We all know Hybe, they have their own standard and ignoring those who didn't live up to it. 2 of their gg now selling 1 million album in just one day and have such a huge selling power. The gap is so big between Fromis with Lsf and Nj. And Hybe upcoming gg will obviously selling more than them. This happen to Nuest too. They are doing really great outside of Hybe standard but at that time all bg under the company already selling millions of copies while Nuest at their 200k+.
And don't forget about pledis. They plan to debut a new bg which lots of their resources will going there too. I don't think they want to waste lots of their money on group that they know will never gonna be as big as their other groups.
I guess they realized that they're not worth investing.
