Should idols directly confront haters like Namjoon did with his Muslim “controversy”?

I think idols absolutely MUST clapback at haters, and also extreme fans, obsessive fans and their own fans that are toxic to other idols and groups

Absolutely need to be putting them all in their place

I think some elements of fandom have gotten to where they are now because they think they can act with impunity, with little consequence

Imagine if Namjoon basically told some of those shrieking fools to plainly fuck off, he will listen to and enjoy what he likes

Imagine if Lisa openly said that she thinks her akgaes that are abusive to the other BP members are sick, disgusting people and she doesn't want them as fans

Yes idols need to do this,far too many clowns out there try to weaponiZe everything to try and demonize you for something you did not do and actively try to associate far too many things with something bad in order to fuck you over. This bs needs to be called out and challenged. Glad Namjoon did this hope everyone else does too. I want taehyung to do this too about the bs people try to use against him

RM did well. His made clear his intention - to appreciate a song and there was no disrespect. I wish more idols would all speak up so that haters and toxic KPOP fans can stop misinformation and spinning for hate and fan wars.
