I want this mentality to die in our country. Where people feel some sort of duty etc to do work even when injured. I hope he recovers fully, but people please understand DO NOT do this it's not a glorious thing in reality because, your health is the most important thing you will ever have, without it you can do NOTHING! Tears in muscle or tendon etc are very serious, if you do not allow it to heal you run the very real risk of never having a full recovery as the injured part doesn't heal properly or at all. Not everything in life is worth risking your health for, learn to take a break when you need to. It's still brave he did it, but doesn't excuse that it is still a stupid thing to do. I'd rather you take the day off and relax than to see you needing crutches to walk forever.
