The worst of it is supposed to be from 6 pm to 12 am, so we'll see.

At least where I am, it's a light drizzle, but it can always get worse before we know it.

Maybe then the all bad things will happen when KCON will be ongoing, and after they can keep people in lounge or hallways for some more time if needed
