Scooter is only good to do some annoying and creepy posts, he didn't help with anything.
But I rather focus on the positives, on the records JK breaking than on the negative. It's not worth to bring your mood down over this.

The silver lining here is that JK obvious success is not due to payola playlisting or special deals with Spotify. And that is so sexy of him.

Spotify is tight with the US Music Industry re gatekeeping - hence I am not a customer. We all know that Spotify is far from transparent and that it’s about the $. In a way I can see why BH and Hybe don’t want to pay Spotify- it’s giving in and enabling the gatekeeping.

More than virality I would say its once again let's rely on armys to weight lift by giving the same ole bare minimum...though I think even BH and Scooter and Geffen would not have imagined in their wildest fantasies that he would be challenging all time records of Adele, Harry and Taylor. I am assuming they must have figured at best he would pull 10mn counter day 1 or so not 20mn counter.
Also he did not even get to promote proper in US due to writer's strike and the one perf he had got with GMA was washed off due to rains and they used his soundcheck instead..sigh
Its truly insane what he is doing with sub par promo and playlisting in the past few days.
