odd eye circle is a pre-established unit since predebut loona, and since all original OEC members are in the same company they decided to establish ARTMS by rebooting OEC as the first step

also haseul joined in later and they have placed their focus on OEC, but im sure we'll get the best vocal line in the entire 4th gen gg with the 5 of them later
