the akmu siblings are actually still very young

akmu has been in the industry since 2012 but i never bother to pay attention to their age since im just a casual listener and never bother to go deeper than just their discographies. recently i discovered that chanhyuk was born in 1996 while suhyun was in 1999 and im still trying to digest it. it feels like they have been here forever and more significant with 2nd gen or early 3rd gen era but their average ages are in the same range as 3rd gen group like seventeen, nct, bp. like it blew my mind that both of them debuting at a very young age. i never thought of it but i were asked to guess what year theyre born in, it would around 1991-1995. it didnt help that chanhyuk enlisted early and gave the illusion that he's older than he really is.
