I think the industry should have taken a pause after the tragedy of last week

Kpop is not like Hollywood

Its very close knitted most of idols know each other, trained together and have personal connections.

Companies should have atleast canceled schedules for couple of days and checked in with their artists and made sure they are doing well

You hear 5-10 idols per day taking a break or going on hiatus since last week. People mostly talk about the 1 or 2 popular ones but overall it could be up to 100 idols. Alot of them are shaken and ofc there is a bigger problem to address.

Yeah the contracts seem to be really hard to get out of which is why there should have been an industry wide pause to allow everyone abit of rest.

For example BPM really tried hard to get viviz out of all their schedules but one freaking organization didn't let them off the hook. Those type of people should be shunned and boycotted by the rest of kpop fans. It happened to another group now, but one day it might be the idol we love who is sick but forced to perform.
