How do I unblock users in this new format?? I can't find the unblock users option, where is it??

It should still be there once you go to "Manage Your Account" at the Control Panel. "Blocked Users" should show up. At least that's for desktop.

in the previous format if I opened the sidebar and clicked on > at the side of my username, I used to get blocked users as one of the options so I'm used to blocking/unblocking users that way

Quick tip for the new layout: Everything is accessible with "Manage Your Account." I know it's hard to get used to, but I feel like that should help.
