Definitely not! There's a lot of reasons why someone try to get into the Big3/Big4 and doesn't make it, so they debut/become trainees in smaller agencies. It's not always related to not being skilled.

Sometimes you just don't have the visuals, style or the talent in a specific area the agency is looking for.

No, non big 3 trainees are really talented, small companies always try to find talented trainees because they don't have much resources to invest in a lot of trainees. Meanwhile big3 looks for a "specific look" or someone who suits the "concept".

I didn’t like the choices for the answers because in reality success is the result of talent and environment/support. An idol, no matter how naturally talented they are, can’t grow and achieve success without good support and management etc. Like BTS didn’t come from a big company and their talents were developed from their hard work and the great support they received from fans and the company, especially the music, choreo, and management support.

So now I don’t think just because a trainee came from a big company they are naturally more talented or that one can only succeed because of a big company etc. It is a combination of several factors.
