Anyone got tips for morning sickness?

I do! I have two kids ~

One thing that really helped me was candied ginger, and preggie pops.

If you're not feeling the sugar, peppermint tea is a good natural alternative, and it can also be had iced.

Does the sickness get better or does it stay this bad the whole time?

It is definitely a case-by-case basis, as everyone has different levels of hormone and chemicals in their body and every pregnancy is different. Some people have it only in the first trimester, some don't have it at all (I was lucky and only had it 3 times in both pregnancies combined). 2nd trimester is usually the easiest. There have been reports of it coming back for the third trimester from some of my friends as well.

I only had it for nine weeks with my daughter and mine would come on in the afternoon. No vomiting though, just nausea. I found bananas helped. Nothing greasy.

I can't stand bananas so that made that not an option. LOL. Glad to hear you had it easy!

This helps me too, I have to say! Thanks for bringing that up. I heard that taking CBD oil might help with this issue, and I would like to try some out soon too. I am looking at Area 52 products, and I find them really interesting. What do you think about those, girls? Any tips would be helpful, thank you in advance!
