BlackPink only has 3 members. Blinks have been lied to by YG and have believed all along that there are 4 members. Only Jisoo, Jennie, and Linus exist in the group. The member who you call "Rose" does not exist. She is a computer generated image that is composited onto stage performances. All interviews you've seen of her are actually just highly advanced CGI renderings. The reason she doesn't exist is because AUSTRALIA DOES NOT EXIST. Finally I can speak the truth. Australia is a fabrication. The continent does not exist? Kangaroos? LMFAO 6 feet tall bunnies that have baby pouches? Fuck you if you think that could ever be real. Don't believe me? There are multiple sources proving Australia does not exist, and the "people" you might know who are Australian are just paid actors.
