When Hyunseung left, they lost a bit in the vocal colour and range, however it wasn't such a massive blow, they continued just fine as 5 member group. However with Junhyung they lost both their producer and their only rapper. It is basically equal to GD leaving BigBang, they are an entirely different group now who sound like 90% of all rookie boy groups. A sad end to such a great bg, the only other bg aside BigBang I was remotely interested in.
I personally don't think he had to leave. His only crime was being in the chat group, no records of him saying or doing inappropriate stuff were ever found.
