back at the last worldcup in 2018
I had a coworker who walked up to our boss.
Our boss is half German and half Korean so this coworker asked "Did you watched the match between Germany and Korea?"
My boss said of cause, since he never misses a game at the worldcup when he got the chance to watch it.
Than my coworker asked: "Are you sad now that Germany lost or are you happy that Korea won?"
My boss's jaw droped open: "How can I preffer one team over the other?"
"I thought since your Korean and German...."
My boss got angry: "Do you even know the rules of football?" he asked
My coworker than said "The loosing team has to go home ?!?!"
Than my boss said: "Actually both countries have to go!"
My coworker didn't understood it and said that he thought football was based on 1 team wins and 1 team looses the game.
Everyone who knew the rules than tried to educate him on how both countries were kicked out of the worldcup in 2018 than.
And my coworker than walked up to my boss and said: "Must suck for you that 2 teams got kicked out since your mixed while other people have only to worry about 1 team since they are just German" Facepalm
