Do you feel low after a high?

You know when sth good happens to you and you feel so good for a while but after it you kinda crash and feel low for no reason?

is that normal?

I always use to wonder about possible bipolar with the mood swings

mine is not much of a mood swing

like I do expect to feel a low after sth good happens to me
