I knew a guy (not really, I just knew his firstname) here in Germany who wore nail polish, he was not looking like some girlish guy or someone who would do a weird fashion style so his nails stood out a lot lol. I havn't seen him in like 2 years or so but I remember he wore dark green last time I saw him.
I also see a lot dudes on YT with nail polish rescently and also saw one on the streets some days ago (but he looked more like a more modern version of what the emo/scene-kids were in the 2000s)

An ex used to wear black polish, and painted his eyebrows in black as well. He wasn't feminine at all, and he wore always black.
