That's how most bgs are. High album sales because of dedicated fans, almost no interest from public therefore low streams

No one said kpop artists are dominating on Spotify. The groups being called out are amongst the most streamed kpop groups on Spotify. So within the context of KPOP, they are some of the groups doing the best. This seems to be the context the OP is referencing since they talk about New Jeans and StayC.
