Ive - 4th Gen TWICE
NewJeans - 4th Gen BLACKPINK (i really wanna say Aespa frfr, but idk their music...)
Le sserafim - 4th Gen RED VELVET

if a group have to be considered "the next big thing" then they arent really a big thing

None of those groups. BP have three members that can sing/rap fluently in English and a large portion of their song lyrics are in English.
-
The group with the most English speakers.

This looks remarkably accurate.
Ive making a huge splash first, already getting their Cheer Up/TT national hits.
NJ storming in a year later, blowing up right away ala Whistle/BBY.
Lesserafim steady and consistent, not having the peaks of a Twice or BP but still showing remarkable resilience for a new group, maybe even outlasting them all in the end (RV continues to remain digitally relevant more than 8 years after debut).

Only one of the three groups has members that all feel easily identifiable, have clear, distinct personalities that work well together and have an "attitude" that makes them stand out.
Those aspects were keys to Blackpinks success and ability to easily draw in new fans to just the group, but kpop in general.

Obviously it's Ive.
Huge success locally and internationally? Check.
Middling talent for the succcess they have? Check.
Always the backhanded compliments.

that’s not a compliment but a thinly veiled insult lol….

None of them. And I'm a (hate the name) Fearnot. They all seem on a similar level to me, you could add Aespa too, I have a feeling that Next Level was their peak. The new groups are polished, and I can tell the companies did a lot of research into what fans want and are investing a lot of money into early promotions, but I feel like it's evening out now.
No boygroup is going to match BTS at their peak (it really says something that Stray Kids have a massive fandom yet still feel nugu), no girlgroup is going to match Blackpink at their peak. And it's not a bad thing that it's settling down. The success stans will jump onto whatever the next big thing is, the genuine fans will be left. I'm sure IVE, NJ and LS will all have successful careers.
