Is this another Giselle mistreatment? [Mod's note: Bashing will not be approved]

She's been left out several times in aespa's cfs and ads. I don't think I've seen this much mistreatment to members of other groups who also have popularity gaps between their members. Then the Zoo performances during SMTOWN (this one is a technical issue) but this girl is seriously so unlucky. It also doesn't help that some MYs are quiet about it and already starting to become OT3. I don't think it's because of the controversies she had because other idols have had similar controversies and they are not excluded like her.

Are they leaving her out on purpose? It's so fishy. Is that why SM insist on group activities instead of solo activities because they feel that Giselle will be the only one not getting solo stuff or something? Karina and Winter are surely held back because SM seems to be focusing more on the group agenda which is shocking to me.

They're scared she'll outshine the rest of the members.

I think the problem is that sm tries to manage them as full package and that leads to this Giselle treatment. companies look at the number of trends per member, individual sales and more. Giselle is far behind her members. she has no influence on her own, all her trending is thanks to sm and their efforts. she alone is unable to carry herself. it may not be pleasant but...well. I think that besides givenchy, it's very obvious that all the deals aespa for now have were supposed to belong to one or two members. It's crazy to think how many brand deals Karina and Winter lost since next level blow up.

She knew what she walked into (Their society/industry's very superficial and ruthless when it comes to looks, so it's not surprising)

If she didn't have those scandals, i fans would be defending (or at least pretending to care) her, but after that she's on her own.

Her making the buzz during givenchy show etc...

sm should stop with the forced group activities tbh. karina and winter could do so much more and that could also help the group. look at ive, wonyoung and yujin might have the most deals but it adds to the group's popularity in this era of tough competition. some will always be more popular than others. it is what it is.

I think it's natural and frankly a smart move to push the more popular ones first. They need to build their brand and she will gain by association. Kpop is business, whether people like it or not. She does have many fans, just not compared to her group mates. Every group has a least popular member.
