A good score can make or break a show for me, if I like the music enough I'll sometimes push myself to finish the show. Some shows can have a particular piece of music start and you can already tell something is about to go down whether sad/happy/epic etc.
My top 10 favourite pieces over the years (the ones I've remembered to add to my playlist anyhow)
10) The Princess Man - a bit overused in the show but worked wonders
9) Reunited Worlds - odd show but the music worked wonders for certain scenes
8 ) Scarlet Heart - the show was never that great but the music was top notch
7) Snowdrop - the show never lived up to my expectations but the music was just amazing (as was the cinematography, if only the writing was better) hence why I have two pieces in my list
6) Hotel Del Luna - an epic piece
5) Chuno - the music for this entire show is epic which is a must for any sageuk
4) School 2013 - still the best of the School series
3) K2 - Didn't like the show but whenever this music came on it was uber effective
2) Time - I don't think they could have a better piece in the show considering the subject matter. Fit in with the story incredibly well.
1) Snowdrop - checked Spotify earlier and this is my most played song this year. When we got the first snippet of this piece on the show you could tell it was special.
