    True he could be ignorant of it. But also I wouldn't judge him nor does anyone else have the right to. You are strangers you know nothing about him his private life or his relationship with this guy or anyone else. For all we know he could he friends with him because at some point he did something very important for sehun that he couldn't repay like give his kidney to his sick mom or something or literally saved his life like pushing him out of the way of a car. We don't know why they know each other or why or if their relationship is strong. There's a reason for these things and its nobodies business to know unless they want you to.


    Lastly ignorance is a valid excuse, we all show respect for the people in our lives which means giving them space and respecting their privacy and boundaries, you will not be privy to every detail of their life what they have or have not done or is alleged of doing, and you are not required to know or be overly nosey. Now if it's beyond a reasonable doubt that you should know then that's a different story but also circles back into their relationship they must have a reason to continue to trust you even if they are aware of the news about you, likely means they have some information others don't or whatever you are to them is too valuable to break and everyone has their own limits on what is and isn't worth.
