Only 1 SM artist in top 10 idol groups with most cumulative weeks in Melon top 10. Surprised?

3 YG group and only 1 SM group despite SM artists having way more comeback and SM having way more groups. What’s the reason?

I mean there are only three 3rd gen groups on that list, so what did you expect?

Not really. SM have never been a powerhouse at digitals. Only SNSD, Taeyeon and Red Velvet have had strong stable digital charting through the years. Everyone else is a big that sucks digitals (receipt Aespa but they're still new)
