Abolishment of Korean age system

I never really thought about this, though I do think there's better way to count age and there's no need for such a strict age system where it's encouraged you are only/mostly friends with same aged people.

I don't think it will affect? they will just become one year younger no other thing ?

I guess idols who are considered adults won't be anymore, that is the only big change I can see
