Unusual things you can do with avocado

I recently discovered a sauce with avocado for pasta

recipe for 1 serving:

• 1 Avocado
• 1 big tomato (not too big)
• Herbs (I use basil)
• Salt
• Peper
• Bellpeper poweder (I used the spicy one)
• lemon juice
• sugar
• salt
• oil

You but 2 table spoons of oil, 1 tea spoon of sugar, 1 tea spoon of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, 1 pinch of peper, 1 pinch of bellpeper powder, and as much herbs as you like with your cut up tomato and avocado in a tupper box, than close the lid and shake it well and your sauce is done

I also like to try more things with avocado. It's not that comon to use here in Europe, mostly if you find it somewhere on a menue, than it's mostly just for thebreakfast menues who use it on bread

There's a sushi place in my city that's owned by a perusian guy, so a lot of things on the menu are japanese-perusian fusions. Pretty nice I must say, though I haven't returned cause it's a little expensive

I tried African and Asian fusion. Not bad
