Ok since someone brought it up
Some people may say that oh a Korean group sings a song in English then it is still a KPOP song because it is sang by a Korean group, who sings mostly Korean songs, under a Korean label.
But if it was differently, say a Chinese group sings a song in English/Spanish/Japanese or whatever other language, you guys wouldn't say that it is C-POP/Mandopop.

Doesn't that come down to what a person considers to be kpop?
is it the language? what about songs have a mix of English/Korean? what about other languages?
is it the members?
is it the producers?
is it the location and headquarters of the company the idols are part of?
is it the fact that the idols have gone though vigorous training regime in order to be a kpop idol?

Kpop is just an industry. It’s not a genre of music or an identity. That’s why Japanese acts and other SEA acts can still be called kpop acts. Until we agree on this, we aren’t moving from this question
