Blackpink barely promote in Korea, they never show up at awards shows, they don't bother with variety shows. What difference does it make if they are blocked from raks, paks, gacs, vacs. They still don't have a daesang. That didn't bother the VMA's.

When Twice were number 1 girl group it made no difference to Blackpink's career, yet we're supposed to be quaking in our Crocs about IVE? Be serious.

Why would they need promo? because Melon is a promo dependant chart rn? why else do you think that only tv songs become hits in short place and now every kgroup is booking a tv show or doing music shows?that shit is what keeps song getting bigger. Sneakers, Pop, Eleven, Next Level. All these songs started doing soso or semi good without promo then become hits. Even for AL and PV you can see that when both songs were under same circunstances (no promo) PV was miles ahead of it
