How can Onces still argue that Twice carries JYP?

Stray Kids charted higher on the US and Global Spotify chart than Twice ever has and also charted at #1 on BB200 earlier this year with 6.5K streaming units and 103K pure album sales, while Twice did around 6k streaming units and 94k pure album sales with their album this month.

ITZY reached million seller status before Twice with Checkmate, and Sneakers reached Melon top 5 while TTT can't even stabilize in Melon top 25 and has less than 150K ULs.

How is Twice still carrying JYP, as Onces claim? And how is JYP sabotaging Twice, as Onces also claim, with a GP friendly song, 17 versions, and tons of Korean promo?

Op maybe forget about how long twice have been around.

i think it is true twice contributed a lot to JYP but the newer acts might be bringing in more revenue over time

BUT, revenue from the newer acts still need to offset all the training cost prior to debut. For twice case,those cost has long been offset and now they're cash cow

JYP needed that bridge from their older era into the newer one and Twice was just that.

Wonder Girls, GOT7 and Miss A were good groups, popular too but they didn't have a 3rd gen group. GOT7 was just barely a 3rd gen group but they needed a new one and Twice basically did just that and persisted in carrying the company.

Even if the other groups are charting high, Twice is still their cash cow. They have the most solid fanbase, their largest fanbase, one of the largest fanbases in the industry that is one of the most loyal. Twice isn't going anywhere.

Onces are living in the past.

Itzy sell more and chart higher than them right now.
