3 standard k-pop versions +4 digipacks+4 member cds+1 standard cd+1 vinyl+1 kit album+8 signed versions = 22 version

blinks making fun of groups like aespa, nct, twice,... for them having many versions, but blackpink has 22 now.

they are supposed to be the biggest gg & 2nd biggest group globally, but they also use the cheap kpop tricks to inflate album sales.

they should be passed that, it taints their untouchable status. they should have stopped at 3 versions - a lot more respectable & less desperate to reach a certain number of sales.

BTS does 2 versions of which one is expensive and even the cheap is expensive by Kpop standards

western artists like TS are known for having many, many remixes; but not for having 20+ different versions.

They already would have surpassed them with the 4 versions or whatever they had at first. Having multiple remixes of the same song JUST to chart high on billboard is more embarrassing and desperate in my opinion, I don't care if it's a western artist or someone else.

BP had 1.5M pre orders with the standard number of versions, now with these extra gimmicks they will get the 3M+ and the #1 on BB200 as well. So you don't mind a top group "playing the same game as so many other groups in kpop" by having multiple (20+) album versions JUST to chart high on billboard 200 and JUST to surpass the sales of another group, but another group releasing multiple remixes and "playing the same game as so many A list celebs in the west", is where you draw the line?
