Did you ever think BTS member and Blackpink member would be dating?

    Asking because this comes off as a shock to me. I never thought I would see BTS and Blackpink member date. I thought they will always stay in fanfics.

    i could see jennie/jisoo being good friends with some of the bts members (seemingly hanging in the same circles), but not dating. guess the step from being in the same social circles/friends to dating isn't that big for taennie. only thing i hope stays in fanfics is liskook and maybe rosekook.

    They are real people. There was always a chance. Same city, same industry, mutual friends.

    Actually no I have always believed that would only feel possible in fanfics too 💀

    All the Kpop fanwars ruin people's expectations of them dating.

    It's not really a shock if they're from the West, people always expect hot celebrities to date each other.

    I don't think jennie and v had same social circles or friends before they started dating. I hadn't heard of joanna and hoyeon before last year. So i think jennie introduced him to her friends after they started dating. So it is still mystery for me how they came together. That's why it is bigger shock for me. Because I can't recall any of their mutuals.

    I won't say anything about ships anymore because if bts and blackpink member can date anyone can date.

    I don't think jisoo was ever shipped with jungkook. Jisoo has been shipped with v and jin the most.

    Call me delulu or something but i always had a strong intuition that V and Jennie would date back in 2018 itself. I accidentally watched a shipping video of taennie at a award show and oh boy Jennie taking too many risque glances at V. But forgot about it quickly after jenkai rumours came and just thought I was delusional.

    This was that video btw , watch the last 15 minutes and you'll get what I'm talking about.

    Fans will never truly know what these idols do in their "non idol" time. So it isn't at all surprising to me. The truth is more that we have no way of knowing who would date who. I mean, did anyone see Jihyo and Daniel happening?

    tbh. No..... i guess cause we've barely seem them interact or acknowledge each other .


    But that i guess was also due to the fact that BP themselves never really attended many events in the kpop circle since like late 2018/early 2019....

    joanna and v have been mentioned together for a long time now (their families seem close), but i actually meant more that they both seemed to hang out with A list korean celebs/chaebols/... so, i didn't meant the exact same circle, but the same "level" of social circles iykwim?

    the other bp and bts members don't seem to be so immersed in that world, they seem to have more lowkey friends/social circles

    Yes, they know each other and met many times.

    I though there's something going on between Jisoo and Yoongi around 2018-2019. But, I never though about Taehyung-Jennie.

    Jennie has the chaebol vibes tbh so it didn’t surprise me

    I did feel like there was a possibility because they share similar friend circles, but I never expected it to actually happen.
