why does aespa get hate for sampling next level but ive doesn't for sampling i will survive?

    both group's biggest hit songs are just copies of other songs but when its aespa everyone uses it to drag them but no one cares ive did the same thing?

    aespa didn't sample, they just took the song and changed most of the lyrics.

    I will survive sample is just a small part of the chorus. From what I heard about Next Level it's basically a complete copy of the original with just a few changes.

    The bridge literally makes the song, without it, it's just a decent rap song. The bridge made it the best Kpop song in the past two years.

    it is what all artist do when they want translate a song to another language but the same words don´t do well. The Music is the same all throw the song from begining to end, it is a copy with parts in another language, a cover.

    They didn't sample Next Level. Have you heard the original? SM took the whole song, and just made it messy. (And it's an obvious rip-off of Let It Rock.) And it is a bop anyway, I admit it. But no sampling. That's like asking someone if they want to sample your food and they walk off with your whole plate.

    IVE used a sample, only the post chorus, aespa remade the song as it is and changed the lyrics, they even let some english lyrics as it was
