They still earning and the girls are rich af
twice are some of the poorest top idol members for their gen. their net worth is under 5 million per person (some probably only 2-3 million), sure relatively rich but surprising given how hard they've worked and how much they've released in the past 7 years. they've certainly made JYP rich though
-
Proof? Has JYP the company given this report? Have TWICE themselves said how much they’re worth? You guys are so annoying.
-
it is kind of embarrassing that they're about to get lapped by the newer ggs. that "gg with the most total sales" that their fans love to hold onto is about to become obsolete when these 4th gen ggs outsell their totals in a couple years.
If Ive keep selling 1m with only singles they're about to outsell them next year or 2024, maybe even sooner if they release a full album
-
there are plenty of net worth analyzers out there but do the math yourself. album and music sales all heavily favor jyp. idols make most of their income during a first contract through solo endorsements, acting, merch sales, and concerts except we know that twice's recent u.s. tour only paid out 3.3 million to the group as mentioned in jyp's quarterly report.
-
It is typical Kpop exaggeration that if a group did not exceed their previous performance, immediately they are dubbed a failure and lack future.
Twice still outsells 90% of other GGs, even if they are not the top 3-5 GGs anymore. That is good money for the future.
And given the success of Nayeon's solo venture, they can do more of that as well.
But yes, they no more are in the forefront of the Kpop wave.
-
This better not be true. And if it is true, JYP better give them a golden parachute of at least 5-10 million EACH of his personal JYP shares as compensation for the slave driving and pack muling he did.
-
Nayeon's success doesn't guarantee that her next solo or other members solo would be a success. She debuted worst than Twice current song, the only reason her song improved on charts was because her palm dance went viral on tiktok.
That to me doesn't guarantee anything in the future. Especially with how all of Jihyo's OST not getting any attention. None of the members are involved in any drama/movie casts at all. They only seem to be doing decently in being brand ambassadors which is not a long term investment, because for those, they will get replaced by a newer more relevant celeb in the future.
They really need to diversify and start focusing on their solo works really soon.
