Tbh it's not a Jamie Oliver style Adobo

It's not, because you can definitely experiment with adobo. There's even adobong puti (white adobo), which gets its sodium from salt instead of soy sauce.

Some of us definitely put chili in adobo, but not habanero (too fancy).

There's too much water and habanero but not enough garlic?! Haiyaaaa!!!
