Why are TWICE the only group that did NOT profit from album inflation and increase?

    Red Velvet went from selling 100k to selling half a million with one comeback -> 500% increase

    Aespa went from selling 700k to selling 1 700 000 -> 250% increase

    BP went from selling 1 million to selling 2+ million -> 100%+ increase


    Twice went from selling 900k with their last album to selling 1 million -> 10% increase


    Why is their fanbase stagnant and nonimpressive?

    twice had already benefited off the album inflation to get to 900k, they just comeback more often so the jump is less visible

    They went from 700k to 1mil pre-orders that's 42% increase without digipack you bozo.

    They were on (Korean group) hiatus for nearly a year until now so only a 10% increase in sales, even after Nayeon's solo success, is not very impressive. Ive had a 4-month break and they're already outselling their previous album massively. Aespa had a 10-month break and they had a 250% sales increase too

    I don't understand either? They were known as the gg that would sell the best and would even outsell bp in 2019 but rookie ggs are already pushing out similar numbers

    Next year this time there will probably be atleast 5 ggs outselling them

    because they’re an older group who won’t be gaining new fans as fast as a new group /thread

    Twice don’t use digipacks or other cheap album schemes while other groups do, simple as that

    700k to 1,700,000 is a 150% increase not a 250% increase.

    Going from 100k to half a million is a 400% increase not a 500% increase.

    why are people comparing their 2016 sales to 2022 sales of rookies? you do know that in 2016 ive would be selling less than twice?? 3rd gen made it possible for 4th gen to sell that amount of albums.

    I've seen plenty of times how jyp doesn't prepare properly and if it's outsold, they don't restock. i wouldn't be surprised with how incompetent jyp is. Also who cares if rv sold more? They are still nowhere near twice level and don't sell concert tickets like twice do. The same way can be said about other 4gen million sellers. Twice saved their company from bankruptcy yet people act like they're completely flops
