Hybe overworked them way too much, never promoted their solo works. Especially taehyung was always treated like a background character in their every activity depsite being one of the most famous kpop idol. Every solo activity he bagged, Hybe had nothing to do with it. I don't see any issue with him wanting to leave?

He can go, yet he renewed his contract. That answer your question already. And it's really obvious that every solo activities that all the members has is rarely because of hybe. Suga for example having few collaboration songs because of his own initiative, yet most obsessed maknae line stans can't see this. And Jin? His solo works not even reposted by their main acc in sosial media which clearly it's having nothing to do with hybe that much. And I like how you guys forget that Taehyung the one that didn't want to released his album yet and he talk about it for years. And he said he doesn't feel to jump into acting career yet. Jungkook and Jimin collaboration are from their own initiative and desire too. No one stopping Taehyung just by looking how the other members move post chapter 1. Probably he just want to rest after all these tiring years. Let him be, he is a grown man that know what he wanted to do not a child that you fans can control, lol.
