Can blinks make a thread without mentioning Aespa? You're wrong either way since Aespa have a bigger fandom than BP in SK and are more trendy.
It's not 2018 the Korean news sites have stated Aespa as the new top GG in SK.

BTS hasn't toured yet except the PTD one. And even then, their 4 days shows in VEGAS gathered 210k people and generated 39M USD. The most in a single engagement. Their last tour was in 2019 with 2M tickets sold while BP sold around 400k tickets.
Digitals in Korea is the same playing field just like with the rest of GGs (although BTS still edges them out in longevity.) Anyone can chart high there.
Physical sales. BTS last standard 'kpop' album release was in early 2020 with MOTS:7. And it sold around 4M in a year & now it's on the way to have 5M sales soon. BP's The Album sold 1.5M overall. Proof should sell 7-8M now with Born Pink or the kpop standard price.
BTS still has the MOST streamed song, most streamed album, biggest GLOBAL hit, most ULs in melon, 2 grammy noms, numerous accolades and etc....
Y'all are always too brave to undermine BTS until we compare the solid data. Meanwhile, their 'flop' release are considered as Blackpink's biggest year. BTS can directly compete with western artists even beating the top artists sometimes. So, I don't think so.
