As an IT Administrator I can tell you this about gaming and tech companies we don't hire people who don't have any experience using the associated softwares for game design, animation and 3d modeling into these jobs that's just a waste it's like hiring a doctor who never went to med school and couldn't tell you what color blood is or a mechanic that doesn't know what a screwdriver is and never worked on a car before. That's Jin rn they won't really have him involved in the game as doing so will lose them money

I really do hope they let him do stuff that affects the game. But i doubt it for the reasons i mentioned in my previous comment. That isn't to discourage or belittle him. Its for the plain fact that when you hire people for these types of jobs you want them to be experienced in the technology software and hardware used for it so you can accurately implement your ideas you can create friction, stress and confusion if you don't have a clue. Example elon musk, so many people are dissatisfied with him because he promised soo much and only delivered a little and is seen as a fruad because he has no background in science and engineering at almost everything he promised is legit sci-fi fantasy it's impossible to create in real life with real science Hyperloop as an example is a pipedream.
So you hire people who know wtf they are doing to avoid that
