i rlly think i need it, ive done a bunch of research and i rlly just need to take a break and get help, i think it would be the best for me, i cant stop myself from doing harm to myself at home so i think going to somewhere where they can help me stop would be good. Plus i think i need to be diagnosed for a few things so i can get the help i need, i hate self diagnosing but i rlly think i need a diagnosis : (
i think im gonna try and ask my mom to admit me to a mental hospital : /

It's really good that you want to get help! I think you should definitely try asking your parents and if they for some crazy reason refuse I can find you a hotline or something to call ok?

You mentioned you have researched and that you have consulted a professional before and it didn't work. Why do you think being admitted to a mental hospital would be different? I'm not encouraging nor discouraging you, just want to know what made you decide a mental facility rather than trying for other options.

yes, some facilities aren’t so nice but when you’re at that desperate point where you keep peeking over the edge.. it means you’re not strong enough to go through your pain alone.
if you do decide to go, try to have some things from home even if it’s your own shampoo and a book.
maybe it’s a cliché to say this but i hope you know you can get through this and i wish you can get the help you need.
