…it's obvious a group that debuted at the beginning of their generation would be compared with the groups that were active then??
Even the members themselves belong to same/similar age group of other 3rd gen ggs.
I think age only is not enough to justify putting a group in another generation. Personally, they feel 4th gen to me regardless their ages?
There's a thing called 3.5th gen which consists of G-idle, Stray Kids, Ateez, The Boys or anyone debuting before 2019.
There is no such thing, and if you really want a 3.5 generation, it would make more sense with groups such as NCT and Seventeen. If you think grouping SKZ, Ateez, and (G)I-DLE together with groups like BTS, Exo, Blackpink, etc. rather than TXT and Itzy makes more sense, I don't know what to tell you.
