Twice had a great run from 2016-2018. They had a peak so big they were actually called in the NGG in 2017. However it’s clear the nation has moved on. How can Onces still call twice the nations firm group if the nation doesn’t care for them or their music?

They've struggled to debut and stay in the top 10 multiple times. Alcohol free their best charting song of the last few years didn't make it 1 week in top 10. Scientist I don't know if it even stayed in the top 100 for a week. That's a total failure for any group.
And lol that that last comment All groups lose out to others digitally (except IU and big bang) so saying SNSD was beaten by others doesn't mean much as they also topped charts still. So if you want to shit on a group for that what about Twice who are easily beaten by literally anyone, not just top groups. Rookie ggs, nugus, even bgs have charted better than Twice in recent years.

But in their prime, with 9? back to back #1 hits, they established themselves clearly as the N GG against formidable competition.
And since them, nobody has achieved that sort of track record. Therefore even if they have passed their prime, until another GG can match/overtake that sort of impactful and dominant stint, they are still holding that title.
