i remember we had some doubts in last year's list so this year it will give a clear picture
It will be really nice to see if whether or not IFPI eligibility and Gaon eligibility for sales are different in some ways
As far I'm aware IFPI counts digital copies too, requires a minimum number of songs (single albums aren't allowed, but EPs with a minimum number of songs are) and probably require an album to be sold at a minimum price as well. Plus they count repackages along with standard album, as long they share the same songs
