its so good being a poc too and seeing her sing about the problems of being a person of color in the united states, Her music is so so relatable and comforting, her issues are so similair to mine that it feels like her music is a way i vent, a great example is Your best american girl, and recenlty its been so great seeing her get more exposure since shes not white, she not, what some people would call "pretty" (i think shes beautiful T-T) but im talking abt the expectations of a white pretty girl. Its like seeing representation ? idk
