YG earnings going down...Why they still don't let Blackpink comeback?

Yg sales going down compared to last year and their profit going down while all other 3 companies are going up in earnings. Why they still haven't let Blackpink comeback? Sometimes it seems YG don't care about earnings?

yg earnings depend on touring. Bigbang didn't make too many comebacks but they always had to do dome tours every year for yg earnings.
